How to prepare
Overnight fasting (8 hours) advised. Avoid heavy meat intake the previous night.
• Fasting samples: Sample collection starts at 8:00 AM, Monday to Saturday. The centre is closed on Sunday.
• Water Intake: For fasting blood tests, drinking plain water is generally permitted unless your doctor has specifically advised otherwise.
